One of the worst things that can happen to you is not being able to get a hold of someone if your system isn’t working. This is often times a problem of using a bigger company not located in or near your home. At Your Home Solar, we service all of East Tennessee from Knoxville so we’re never more than a drive down the road. We’re here for you before, during, and afternoon installation.
Workmanship Warranty - Provided by Your Home Solar
Solar continues to become more efficient and reliable, with manufacture warranties anywhere from 10 to 25 years. And while solar systems themselves do not have “end of life” estimations, with anything, components can and sometimes fail.
With every system we install, we provide (at no additional cost) a 5 year workmanship warranty guarantee. This will cover any labor at your home during the first 5 years of service if a failure occurs.
Given that most components of your solar system are covered by a 25 year manufacturers warranty, you’ll get peace of mind choosing Your Home Solar for your residential solar project.

Part Warranties
Depending on the size and scope of your system, Your Home Solar will recommend specific brands and equipment. While everything we offer is of the same quality and reliability, there are sometimes “better” options for your particular needs.
That being said, the majority of physical parts are covered by a 25 year manufacturers warranty and batteries carry a 10 year warranty. All warranty documentation for your particular system will be available to you. We also provide a copy of all documentation at the time of installation.
